1.Company operating the platform#
This information is published in accordance with Articles 10 and 10.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Consumer Rights (HO-197) and Article 15.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Trade and Services No. HO-134-N of 24.11.2004.

2.Status of the company and the website#
The company operating the platform is in the process of state registration in the Republic of Armenia. The information marked to be completed above will be completed immediately after registration.
The website currently operates in demonstration mode: no real transactions are carried out, no real money is charged or paid out, and a demonstration order creates no obligation to pay or to hand over an item. This page and the other legal documents will be updated before real payments are launched.

5.Intellectual property#
The Im Paharan name, logo, website design, software code and texts are protected by the intellectual property legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Reproducing, distributing, modifying or otherwise using them without the written consent of Im Paharan is prohibited, except where permitted by law (for example, quotation with acknowledgement of the source).
Content published by members (photos, descriptions) belongs to its authors; the terms for its use are set out in the Terms of Use.

6.Language#
The website and its legal documents are available in Armenian, Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Armenian version prevails.
