Service Fee and Prices

1.In short#

• Sellers: 0% commission. Listing is free and the seller receives the full item price.
• Buyers: on top of the item price, the buyer pays a service fee (150 ֏ + 5% of the item price, up to 7 500 ֏) and, where applicable, the shipping cost.
• Paid options for sellers: bump and “Wardrobe spotlight”. They are optional.
• Professional sellers (Pro, Shop, Shop Premium): status granted after verification, free during the launch period (details).

The buyer always sees the total before confirming the order. There are no charges other than those on this page.

2.The buyer's service fee#

The service fee is 150 ֏ + 5% of the item price. The fee never exceeds 7 500 ֏, whatever the item price.

• Only the buyer pays the service fee: nothing is deducted from the amount the seller receives.
• The fee is calculated on the item price (or on the price of an offer the seller has accepted), excluding shipping, and rounded to the nearest whole dram.
• Listings also show the price including the service fee, and the order summary shows the fee on a separate line before you confirm the order.
• During a promotion, the service fee may be temporarily reduced (for example by 50 %). The name of the promotion, the discount and the new fee are shown on the listing page and in the order summary before you confirm. A promotion always has an end date and never increases the fee. The amount that applies is the one shown when you confirm the order.

3.What the service fee pays for#

The service fee pays for everything Im Paharan does to keep buying simple and clear:

• running the site, the servers, data backups and security;
• messaging and price offers;
• following each order from payment to completion, with automatic time limits (automatic refund or completion);
• support when you have a question or a problem;
• reviewing disputes and making decisions.

Once real payment is introduced, the service fee will also cover payment processing by a licensed bank or payment institution, from payment until you receive the item. These rules will be published before real payment is introduced.

4.When the service fee is refunded#

If the money for an order is refunded to the buyer or the order is cancelled, the service fee is refunded in full, together with the item price and the shipping cost. This includes automatic refunds:

• if the seller has not shipped the item within 7 days of payment;
• if a dispute is decided in the buyer's favor;
• if the order is cancelled.

The full amount paid is refunded, with no deductions.

5.Shipping costs#

The buyer chooses the delivery method when placing the order. The shipping cost is added to the total and shown separately in the summary. No service fee is charged on the shipping cost.

6.Paid options for sellers#

These options are optional and make your listings more visible. They do not change the item price or the service fee the buyer pays.

Bump, 3 days

300 ֏: the listing appears in the top positions in search (“Newest first” sort) and on the home page for 3 days.

Bump, 7 days

600 ֏: the same, for 7 days.

“Wardrobe spotlight”, 7 days

1 500 ֏: your wardrobe is shown for 7 days in the “Wardrobes in the spotlight” section of the home page, as long as you have at least 5 active listings (the option cannot be bought with fewer).

• Every paid placement — a bumped listing, the spotlight or a paid spot in the home-page banner — is labeled “Ad”.
• Listings of feeding items (baby bottles, teats) cannot be bumped or put in the spotlight: the law prohibits any advertising of them (Law HO-177-N of 20.11.2014, Article 12).
• Verified professional sellers receive free three-day bumps every month (details).
• The team may give any member free three-day bumps (for example a new seller, or after a problem). They are used like paid bumps, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged and are not refundable. The member is notified in their messages with the team.
• An option takes effect when you buy it. If you buy the same option while it is still active, its period is extended.

7.Professional sellers: Pro and Shop#

Individual entrepreneurs and companies can apply for verified professional seller status on the Pro sellers and shops page. The status is free during the launch period. Each level comes with:

Pro

up to 100 listings online at the same time; 10 free three-day bumps per month; a “Pro” badge and sales statistics.

Shop

up to 1000 listings online at the same time; 30 free three-day bumps per month; a “Shop” badge, the shop name on the profile and sales statistics. “Official shop” badge for brands whose authorization has been checked.

Shop Premium

no limit on the number of listings online; 100 free three-day bumps per month; the same features as Shop.

• Only listings currently on sale count towards the limit: drafts and sold or hidden listings do not. A listing offered in several sizes or pieces counts once.
• Free bumps are topped up every 30 days; unused bumps do not carry over to the next period.
• Free bumps are ordinary bumps: they are labeled “Ad” and give no other ranking advantage.
• If a paid subscription is introduced, it will be announced at least 15 days in advance and will apply only with the seller's express consent.

8.No hidden charges#

There are no charges other than those on this page: signing up, listing items, messaging and making offers are free, and sellers pay no commission.

If real payment brings an additional cost (for example, depending on the payment method), it will be shown clearly in the order summary before you confirm the order. Nothing will be charged without your knowledge.

9.Demonstration mode#

The site currently runs in demonstration mode. All amounts on this page show how the calculation works, but no real money is charged or paid out: orders, the wallet and paid options are simulated, and withdrawals are not possible.

The rules for real payment will be published in a new version of the terms before real payment is introduced, and you will need to accept that version. Details: How It Works.

10.Changes to prices#

• Prices may change. This page always shows the current prices, because they are read automatically from the site settings.
• The amount that applies is the one shown in the order summary when you confirm.
• If a price or rate changes while you are placing an order, the site shows the new amount and asks you to confirm again.
• The amount of an order that has already been confirmed never changes.
• Options already purchased run until the end of their period on the original terms.
